Information we collect
The contact form transmits the full name, optional company name, business email, optional telephone number, selected enquiry topic and message that you provide. The separate business application remains a placeholder and does not transmit or save entries.
How information is used
Contact-form information is used to deliver and respond to the enquiry, protect the form from misuse and maintain appropriate business correspondence. It is not used to create a payment-services account.
Sharing and location
Contact enquiries are processed through the website host and local mail transport and delivered to ALTA’s business mailbox. Information may be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities where lawful and necessary.
Your choices
Do not submit sensitive documents or payment, banking, identity or detailed compliance information through the contact form. Privacy access or correction requests may be raised using the website or contact channel supplied by an authorized ALTA representative.
Security
The contact endpoint uses transport security, request verification, validation, anti-spam controls and rate limiting. No method of transmission is risk-free, and the form is intentionally limited to general enquiry information.
